With three bedrooms (all featuring beds that can be made up as either double or single beds), two bathrooms with shower and toilet, and a floor area of approximately 70 m², this property offers a comfortable holiday stay for families of up to six people.

Every room is equipped with air conditioning and central heating, ensuring a cosy stay even during the cooler months. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer and an oven. From the living room and two of the bedrooms, French doors lead out onto a large terrace of approx. 35m² with a lounge set, which is partially covered. The terrace is private and fenced off so that small children cannot wander off. From the terrace, you have a beautiful view of the surrounding area. A cot can be provided on request.
