Terms and Conditions
1. La Granja de Antonio only accepts bookings from people aged 18 and over. The tenant must be 18 years or older and present at the residence. La Granja de Antonio reserves the right to refuse a booking at any time - without giving reasons. La Granja de Antonio will digitally confirm and invoice you for the booking within 10 days of receipt. If you do not have an email address, you will receive a confirmation and invoice by post. You must check the confirmation/invoice for accuracy immediately upon receipt. Any or alleged inaccuracies must always be reported in writing no later than 10 days after the date of the confirmation/invoice and before the start of the stay. If you do not receive a confirmation/invoice within 10 days of booking, you must contact us immediately at contact@lagranjadeantonio.es
2. Long-term booking
If you want to book an apartment* in a period for which the rental amounts are not yet known, we will make a pre-reservation for you. You will receive confirmation of your pre-reservation within a few days. A pre-reservation is completely without obligation. Your pre-reservation becomes a definitive booking when you receive the invoice for the booking.
3. Group bookings
Special conditions may apply for bookings for companies or private events where La Granja de Antonio is rented in its entirety, while the purpose and size of the group may in certain cases lead to a group not being accepted.
4. Price
The prices on our website may differ from the actual price at the time of booking. Since the price includes a number of elements that are revised on a periodic basis, such as (but not limited to) energy costs, La Granja de Antonio reserves the right to change prices and/or charge a surcharge. In addition, La Granja de Antonio reserves the right to change the discount schemes. When booking you will be informed of the price applicable at that time. The price stated on the confirmation/invoice is binding. Price discounts and/or special offers can no longer be used once the confirmation/invoice has been sent by La Granja de Antonio.
5. Apartment information*
The rental price of each apartment* includes: • Water consumption • Gas and electricity for normal use (we reserve the right to charge excess use) • Access to the swimming pool • VAT according to the guidelines of the VAT administration of the country of destination • Use of color television • Not included: • Mandatory final cleaning costs. The (final) cleaning does not include: • Doing the dishes • Putting waste in a garbage bag and putting it in the container. The accommodations may differ in terms of furnishings and layout.
6. Pets
Taking your pet with you is not allowed.
7. Payments
a) When booking, you must make a prepayment of 45% with a minimum of € 150.00. The remainder of the booking amount must be received by La Granja de Antonio no later than 12 weeks before the start of the stay.
b) If you book within 12 weeks before the start of your stay, the entire booking amount must be paid in one go.
c) If the amounts invoiced to you are not paid on time or in full, you will be in default. La Granja de Antonio will send you a payment reminder. If the amount is not yet in La Granja de Antonio's possession within 14 days after the date of the reminder, La Granja de Antonio is entitled to unilaterally terminate the agreement by writing to you. You are liable for all damage that La Granja de Antonio suffers or will suffer as a result, including all costs that La Granja de Antonio has incurred in connection with your booking and the cancellation. In any case, you are liable to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental amount if you cancel more than 4 weeks before the planned start date of the stay and equal to the total rental amount if you cancel within 4 weeks before the start of the stay. Monies already paid will be offset against the termination compensation payable and any compensation for other damage due. If nothing has yet been paid, the above amounts will be charged. Payment for the provisions under a, b and c must be received by La Granja de Antonio no later than 14 days after the date of the invoice. In case of credit card payments, La Granja de Antonio is at all times entitled to inspect the original credit card and the corresponding proof of identity.
8. Change fees
If you wish to make changes to the booking after the booking has been made, La Granja de Antonio is not obliged to comply. It is at the discretion of La Granja de Antonio whether, and to what extent, these changes will be accepted. For any changes to a booking that has already been made up to 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge you €49.50 in change costs. These costs will not be charged if you book or change to a more expensive period or apartment*. In principle, changes cannot be permitted within 4 weeks before arrival. In case of a change to a cheaper period or apartment* or (a partial) cancellation within a period of 4 weeks before the start of the stay, you owe the full rental amount. If, after booking more than one apartment*, you wish to reduce the number of apartments* booked, the cancellation provisions as stated in Article 9 apply.
9. Cancellations
It is advisable to take out cancellation insurance when booking. Without cancellation insurance or with cancellation insurance and an invalid reason, the following provisions apply: a) In case of cancellation more than 12 weeks before the start of the stay, 30% of the rental sum is due. b) In case of cancellation within 6 - 12 weeks before the start of the stay, 50% of the full rental amount is due. If you cancel within 6 weeks before your stay, the full rental amount is due. c) In the event of premature termination of the stay, the total amount of the booking is due. Payment for the provisions under a, b and c must be received by La Granja de Antonio no later than 14 days after the date of the invoice.
10. Arrival and departure
Arrival procedure: Upon arrival at La Granja de Antonio, report to reception and receive the key to your apartment*. You may enter the accommodation from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, you must leave the apartment* before 11:00 am for cleaning purposes. You can still use all facilities in the park all day long, unless a temporary park closure takes place immediately after your stay.
11. (Household) Regulations
All guests must adhere to the rules established for the park, including the Internal Regulations. You can request the House Rules at the Reception upon arrival. Violation of the Internal Regulations may result in removal from the park, without reimbursement of the rental sum or part thereof. La Granja de Antonio reserves the right to make changes to the design and opening hours of the (central) facilities in the parks. Under special circumstances, we reserve the right to temporarily close a park or to rent it out entirely to one party. In that case, we will give you the opportunity to rebook to another park or cancel free of charge if your booking cannot go ahead due to a park closure or the aforementioned rental. Otherwise there is no right to any compensation. We would also like to point out that maintenance work may be carried out in the park during your stay, without you being entitled to any compensation.
12. Swimming
Children without a swimming diploma are not allowed to be in the swimming pool without the supervision of an adult. Parents and/or supervisors must ensure that children who cannot swim wear armbands and/or a life jacket in and around the pool. An adult must always be within reach.
13. Force majeure
Force majeure on the part of La Granja de Antonio exists if the execution of the agreement is prevented in whole or in part, temporarily or otherwise, by circumstances beyond the control of La Granja de Antonio, including risk of war, personnel strikes, blockades, fire, floods and other disruptions or events.
14. Liability
a) La Granja de Antonio and the relevant park accept no liability for:
• theft, loss or damage of any kind during or as a result of a stay in our park;
• the breakdown or decommissioning of technical equipment and the failure or closure of facilities in the park.
b) The tenant and those accompanying him or her are jointly and severally liable for all loss and/or damage that may arise for La Granja de Antonio and/or any third party as a direct or indirect result of their stay, regardless of whether this was caused by acts or omissions of themselves or of third parties who are in the park through their actions, as well as any damage caused by any property in their possession.
c) Additional (cleaning) costs may be charged if the apartment is not used or left behind properly*.
15. Complaints
Despite all the concerns of La Granja de Antonio, it may happen that you have a justified complaint. You must take up this complaint on site and directly with the park management to give them the opportunity to resolve the matter immediately. If the complaint is not handled satisfactorily, you have the opportunity to submit the complaint in writing via contact@lagranjadeantonio.es up to 1 month after departure from the park.
16. Day visitors
If you wish to visit one of our parks without having booked an apartment*, you must register in advance via contact@lagranjadeantonio.es or we request that you contact reception in advance by telephone to ask whether this is possible is. Daily rates are charged for this.
17. Photos and videos
If either a guest or those accompanying him or her or who are in the park through his or her actions, or a day visitor, happens to appear in a photo and/or a video recorded for display in a La Granja de Antonio publication and/or for display on an Internet site of La Granja de Antonio, his/her consent to the use of the photo and/or video in the publication and/or the Internet site is presumed, even if he/she appears in the photo and/or video is recognizable.
18. General
Only Spanish law applies to your booking. These General Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made directly or indirectly with La Granja de Antonio. The content of the (digital) publications of La Granja de Antonio is subject to change. The digital version of the General Terms and Conditions of La Granja de Antonio (found at www.lagranjadeantonio.es) is leading. If the digital version of the General Terms and Conditions therefore differs from the printed version, the digital version takes precedence. Obvious (digital) printing errors do not bind La Granja de Antonio. This cancels the previous (digital) publications. * Where apartment is mentioned, this also applies: apartment, studio or yurt.
