We process your name, address, place of residence, e-mail, telephone number and other data that are important to optimally carry out our work for you and to meet our obligations to which we are bound by the Spanish government with regard to tourism. . We use this information to make you a satisfied customer during the term of our agreement. We store this data indefinitely in our archives, unless you request its deletion.
We use a portfolio on our website and social media channels to show potential guests an impression of our accommodation, restaurant and activities. We process photos and images that we have obtained or made ourselves. We will keep this content in our archive indefinitely, unless you request its removal.
For invoicing and financial administration, we process your (company) name with any associated data and VAT number, billing address, customer number, email, telephone number, payment details and outstanding balance. Without this information we cannot process your payment. According to a legal obligation from the Tax Authorities, we must keep this data for 7 years. After this period we will anonymize your data.
If you unexpectedly have a complaint about our services, we will process your name, email, telephone number and the content of and communication regarding this complaint in order to achieve the best possible solution for you. We use this information for optimal execution of the agreement. We will delete data relating to complaints 6 months after settlement.
We have a commercial interest in using some of your personal data for marketing purposes. We process your name and email for direct marketing. We will delete this data as soon as you unsubscribe from our newsletter or indicate that you no longer wish to be contacted by us.
If we are an affiliate of one of our partners, these parties will place cookies on our website. As a result, no personal data about you is disclosed to us.
