House rules La Granja de Antonio
At La Granja de Antonio it is our intention to provide you, as a guest, with an unforgettable stay. These house rules have been drawn up to make your stay and that of our other guests as pleasant and safe as possible. By entering La Granja de Antonio you agree to these rules.
Arrival and departure
The rented accommodation is available from the selected check-in time on the date stated on your reservation confirmation. The key can be collected at reception. You are responsible for this key and you are not allowed to give it to others for use. If the key is lost, costs will be charged.
On the date of departure, as stated on your reservation confirmation, the accommodation must be vacated by 11:00 am. You must return the key to reception before 11:00 am. The accommodation must be left tidy upon departure. In the event of late departure, La Granja de Antonio reserves the right to vacate the accommodation.
The full deposit will be returned within 7 days of check-out after checking the apartment if the following conditions are met:
• the house is tidy and the furniture is where it was upon arrival;
• all garbage has been removed from the home and no food has been left in cupboards, refrigerator, oven, etc.
• the dishes have been washed and placed in the cupboards;
• there is no damage to the home and its contents;
If the deposit does not cover the costs of damage suffered, the additional costs will be charged to the tenant.
Visitors and guests
Visitors are welcome between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM and must report upon arrival. Visitors park their vehicles in the parking lot. Overnight stays are possible, provided accommodations are available. Ask about the options at Guest Service. Guests pay an overnight rate. Visitors or guests must also agree to the house rules when entering the holiday park.
Inspection and maintenance work
La Granja de Antonio reserves the right to enter the rented accommodations for inspection and maintenance work, if necessary.
Swimming pool
• Children under the age of 12 or children who do not have a swimming diploma must be accompanied by an adult in and around the swimming pool.
• Glass is not allowed in the swimming pool or on the sunbathing lawn.
• Entering the sunbathing area and swimming pool is at your own risk.
Furniture
Deliberate damage to the furniture is not permitted, nor is moving furniture to other accommodations. Indoor furniture may not be placed outside.
Night sleep and nuisance
La Granja de Antonio asks for silence between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. During this period of sleep, the use of sound equipment or the like is not permitted. Making (noise) nuisance is also not permitted during the day.
Parking
La Granja de Antonio has a car park with more than enough spaces. It is not permitted to place your car or other vehicle elsewhere in the park.
Ban
• Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed outside.
• It is not permitted to light open fires; be alert to fire hazards.
• It is not permitted to possess and use narcotics at La Granja de Antonio. Of course, prohibited activities are also not permitted.
• Football and other ball games are only allowed in designated areas.
Offence
In the event of violation of the house rules and failure to follow instructions from management and/or employees, La Granja de Antonio is entitled to charge costs. In serious cases, our employees may deny you access to the park or remove you from the park.
Need
In the event of fire, you must immediately notify the fire brigade (112) and then the Guest Service. In the event of an emergency or danger, +34 624 299 665 must be called immediately.
Lost and found objects
You can hand in lost items at the reception or one of the park employees. It is not permitted to keep or trade these objects. If you have lost an item, please let reception know and note your details and the type of item lost. If you discover at home that you have lost an item, please contact the holiday park. We will ship the item, if found, cash on delivery.
Take photos and videos yourself
Taking photos and videos is permitted, provided it is for private purposes. Do you not film for private purposes? Please contact contact@lagranjadeantonio.es so that you can obtain permission from us for this. Other guests may not be depicted in a recognizable manner.
It is possible that you will be photographed or filmed as a guest. La Granja de Antonio
always reserves the right to use this material for publication. If you do not want to be in the picture, avoid the location(s) where you see a film crew and/or professional photographer at work.
